Laugh. It’s the best thing we can do. Laughter is a great exercise; a wonderful way to release the tensions that cause the stress that we endure.  Laughter is natural medicine.  Laughter is contagious.  Laughter is a bridge builder.

It is hard to laugh in the face of tragedy. Laughing at the wrong time can cause hurt feelings. Laughing at someone in a negative way can cause irreparable damage to a relationship.

Laughter is an art.  Knowing and sensing when it is needed and being able to deliver the lines in a meaningful way takes a lot of care.  There are many who have a natural knack for giving us a good laugh.  There are also those who tend to ruin a moment by ‘trying to be funny’.

Tonight I shared a glorious time of sharing laughter with my niece and husband.  It was relaxing to sit around and just enjoy the exchange of words, ideas, and zany thoughts, as well as have an in depth discussion of things one may encounter in life and how to handle situations effectively.
